We don't provide coaching or strategic advice. We install and run the entire sales machine. That includes CRM setup, setter and closer deployment, DM management, pipeline tracking, script development, and daily performance monitoring. He's worked in environments where structured sales systems generated millions in revenue, which shaped his focus on measurable outcomes and operational accountability.

Before starting Deals Closed, Sami spent years inside high-ticket ecosystems building and refining sales frameworks, training remote teams, and diagnosing why underperforming organizations weren't converting demand into cash. His approach is rooted in question-based discovery and consultative selling rather than traditional pitch-heavy tactics. He views sales as a structured discipline that can be engineered through repeatable frameworks and clear accountability mechanisms, not something that relies on individual charisma or talent alone.
