To be eligible for a full refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
Validated Lead Flow
The client must have a validated curated opportunity stream that consistently generates at least 600 new unique inbound leads per month across any combination of approved channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, email list growth, funnel opt-ins, etc.).
Invalid sources include: cold DMs, cold calling, or leads older than 90 days.
Client Traffic Obligations
The client must actively participate in generating demand by posting a minimum of two (2) Calls-to-Action (CTAs) per week across relevant platforms (Instagram feed/reels/stories, TikTok, YouTube community tab, email list, or any owned audience asset).
These CTAs must be designed to drive conversations, opt-ins, or application traffic and must be posted consistently every week during the engagement.
Performance Review Window
The client must allow Deals Closed to run the system for the full 14-day Sprint, with uninterrupted access and no delays caused by the client.
