Questions founders ask before they work with us

Is this just outsourced sales?
No. We’re closer to installing an internal sales department you didn’t have time to build. We put in the CRM, the pipeline stages, the follow‑up rules, the scripts, and we run the setters and closers inside that system. If a rep leaves, the system stays. The point is that your company ends up with a working sales infrastructure, not a dependency on a single contractor.
Do you take a cut of every sale or just a fee?
We start with a simple structure:
14‑day sprint: one‑time $1,000 fee, refunded if we don’t beat your existing numbers.
90‑day build and run: a fixed fee for installing and running the sales infrastructure.

Your setters and closers earn a commission on what they close. We’ll walk through exact numbers on the diagnostic call, but there’s no hidden “we skim a percentage of your whole business forever” clause.
Who do the setters and closers actually work for?
They operate under your brand, on your offers, in your systems. We recruit, train, and manage them, but they are dedicated to your account while we work together. The goal is that your prospects feel like they’re talking to your sales team, not a third‑party agency they’ve never heard of.
What happens if the sprint doesn’t beat my current numbers?
Then you don’t pay for it. Before we start, we’ll agree on a fair baseline based on your recent inbound sales. During the 14 days, we work your prospects through our process. If we don’t outperform that baseline, we waive the sprint fee. That’s our way of taking the risk on ourselves first.
Will you train my existing sales team or only bring in your own reps?
We can do both. If you already have people you like, we can plug them into a better system, tighten their scripts, and manage them day to day. If you don’t have anyone in place (or don’t want to keep your current reps), we can bring in our own setters and closers and run it as a complete package.
How involved do I need to be for this to work?
At the start, we need you for a few focused sessions to nail your offer, pricing, and boundaries. After that, your main role is reviewing numbers, giving occasional direction, and recording content that feeds the pipeline. Most founders spend one to two hours a week on sales once we’re fully installed.
